BoutiQu-e-Shopaholic uses Pos Laju Malaysia as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. The shipping fess will varies with the weight and location of the recipient. Please read the Shipping Notes to understand how shipping deliveries are made by us.
Shipping Notes:
1. POS Malaysia only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
2. BoutiQu-e-Shopaholic will delivers parcel twice a month, which are on the 1st and 3rd week of the calendar month.
4. If payment already made and the items are out of stock, we can either refund the full amount, or your can choose other replacement for next order.
5. Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.

1. Customers can make an appointment with us to make payment upon collection of ordered goods at our certain meet-up point agreed. (area covering Selangor & Kuala Lumpur only)
